BUYAB FACTORY is a registered manufacturer, bulk wholesaler, and retailer of infant safety and comfort gear, including baby safety helmets, sleeping bags, sleeping pillows, head protectors, and combo sets, headquartered in Delhi, India.

4. Pricing & Products

All prices are quoted in Indian National Rupees (INR) and include statutory GST where applicable. While we make every attempt to ensure accurate specifications, dimensions, and color fidelity, minor variances may arise across manufacturing batches.

5. Secure Transactions

Payments made via online checkout are encrypted and processed through Razorpay. Wholesale and private label accounts may settle balances via verified bank NEFT/RTGS or UPI.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand marks, imagery, diagrams, editorial guides, and styling belong exclusively to BUYAB FACTORY®. Unauthorized duplication or commercial republishing is prohibited.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms and any resulting commercial contracts are governed by the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
