1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9810906630 with your order details.
Bulk & Private Label Orders
Bulk orders may be cancelled before production/dispatch begins. Private label orders, once production has started, cannot be cancelled as they involve custom branding and materials.
Cancellation by BUYAB FACTORY
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective or incorrect at the time of delivery. Returns are accepted within a 7-day window from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels and accessories must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order ID) is required.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days with your order ID and clear photos of the product/issue. Our team will guide you through the return process.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed as per the timelines below:

- Change of mind after delivery

4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective or wrong products. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
