1. Order Processing Time
- Retail orders: Processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Bulk/wholesale orders: Processed within 3–7 business days depending on quantity.
- Private label orders: Processed within 10–21 business days as they involve custom branding and packaging.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Timeline

3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping charge of ₹60–₹100 applies, depending on location and weight.
- Bulk and wholesale shipping charges are quoted separately based on order size and destination.
4. Courier Partners
We ship through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery, including:

- BlueDart
- DTDC
- Ekart
- India Post (for remote locations)
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking number with you via WhatsApp on +91 9810906630. You can use this number on the courier partner's website to track your shipment in real time.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please report it within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery). A clear photo of the damaged product and packaging is required to process a claim. Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order details.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within India only. For international enquiries, please contact us and our team will assist you where possible.
